Pure Gym, the fast expanding gym operator has beaten competition from two other operators to secure a new 23,600 sq. ft. leisure facility on Shepherds Bush Road, Hammersmith.
The development is being undertaken by Generation Estates as part of their joint venture with the Carlyle Group to provide a new London focused student accommodation platform. Located on the site of the former Hammersmith Palais, the development is due to be completed next year.
