Generation’s development capability reflects the company’s activities during the last 20 years during which time it has acted as the Development Manager in delivering eight leading schemes in Central London.
Core skills enabling Generation to run and or manage the entire development process include site identification, appraisal and acquisition, design team selection and management, legal team selection and management, scheme design, town planning, management of third-party matters, project financing (equity & debt), procurement of the main contractor, cost management, project accounting, reporting and drawdowns as well as marketing and sales.

Generation has also worked alongside other leading PBSA developers on forward funding transactions which has resulted in the successful delivery of 2,375 beds across 8 individual assets in the UK.
Refurbishment and Enhancement
Generation’s development management team is regularly running refurbishment and asset enhancement schemes with operational buildings in order that the assets maintain an attractive offer.
Recent projects across our portfolio include remodelling the amenity areas at the Depot in Exeter, West Wing in Cardiff and conversion of a former Aparthotel in Wembley into a leading co-living offer.
