Europa Generation LLP, is a 50/50 joint venture between Europa Capital and Generation Student LLP. The investment advisor provides investment advisory and asset management services to the Europa Generation Student Fund (EGSF).
Europa Capital LLP is the fund’s AIFM and has responsibility for the regulatory management and control of the business and affairs of EGSF. Europa Capital is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) in the United Kingdom.
EGSF has a diversified portfolio of UK PBSA with a value in excess of £200m. The primary aim of the 10 year fund vehicle is to provide investors with regular and sustainable income distributions, together with strong capital appreciation.
EGSF participated in in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), the global real estate industry is benchmarked for sustainability performance, for the fourth consecutive year in 2022 and achieved an improvement in the score compared to previous years, receiving a total score of 94/100, maintaining the highest 5-star, as well as achieving first place in the peer group of UK non-listed residential student housing funds.
